I don’t expect to save the world, but if my work makes it 0.001% better, it’s still worth it. Being aware of what we create and why.
Purpose and business
I like projects that create real value for people but also make sense for the business behind them. The human impact has to be balanced with sustainability and results.
Honesty
We all know nothing in this world is perfect and it doesn’t have to be. Honesty and transparency are powerful. They bring people closer and make work flow better.
Collaboration
The best ideas usually start with a good conversation and some real listening. I’ve been lucky to work with amazing people throughout my career, many of whom I’m still in touch with.
Curiosity
Probably the best design tool. I love learning new things and don't believe there is an expiration date for it. Curiosity keeps my mind active and enhances my professional and personal skills.
Humor
I take my work seriously, but I try not to take myself too seriously. A bit of humor builds connection, lowers tension, and often leads to better ideas and better results.
